Assistant Store Manager
In Touch Mobile is looking for a customer service oriented, motivated sales representative to assist our customers in our retail locations. Responsible for the sales and service of cellular phones and plans, as well as, processing ESN (electronic serial number) changes and bill payments, responding to billing inquiries, equipment replacement, and processing price plan changes and upgrades.
Full Time: 40 hrs a week
Salary Grade: 2
Pay: Sales based commission in addition to a competitive base pay.
Primary Location: Campustown
Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required. Some College is preferred.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Basic Computer Skills including: MS Office & Web Based Applications
Retail experience needed. (at least 2 years preferred)
Wireless experience desirable, but not required.
Previous Management experience a plus.
Experience as a commissioned sales person desirable.
Good Communication Skills & the willingness to explain and sell features and services using a customer-friendly approach.

In Touch Mobile is looking for a customer service oriented, motivated sales representative to grow our business to business sales department. Responsible for the sales and service of multi-line cellular plans to business clients. This position is paid on a completely commission basis and requires traveling to customers at their place of business. The sky is the limit for a motivated sales person.
Part Time/Full Time: Variable
Salary Grade: 4
Pay: Commission based on Sales.
Primary Location: Spring Pointe
Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required. Some College is preferred.

Previous B2B sales experience.
